Yvonne Sivertsen participated in this season of the Norwegian version of The Voice, and won the competition. She is born in 1996 and just finished the Norwegian equivalent to high school, where she studied music (information taken from various newspaper articles). I think this is an exciting collaboration. In this interview (tv2.no/2015/09/01/underholdnin…nordvik-sivertsen/7314324) Yvonne says that she and Maria met at the finale party of the Norwegian version of The Voice, and Maria was the one to speak to her at the party, and then they exchanged phone numbers. Later Yvonne called her and asked if Maria had any songs that she might consider giving away so that Yvonne could work with them. They work(ed) in the studio with a song that they wrote together. Maria writes in an e-mail to TV2 (who published this article) that it was lovely to write with Yvonne, and that she thinks Yvonne is very good. The article also states that Maria currently is in the studio.
